The bigger picture.
We are told to pay much attention to detail. So when something small is thrown off, we become stagnant, immobilized. We become unable to continue our lives because flaws and disruptions irritate us, and we feel the need to fix anything and everything for however long it takes. We forget that we are so human to the point that some things are simply irreparable. We have to accept brokenness for what it is, and move on when we must. Mend what you can and embrace those who are already on your side. So go ahead, press on with detail, but don’t ever forget the bigger picture: yourself.
Oh my god, word.
